Angel Request
The little village chapel in Malham in the Yorkshire Dales became a class of
another Methodist Church some years ago. It remains open for worship and as
a visitor centre. Here, folk can explore the local area via the beautiful
paintings on the floor, enjoy some quiet or browse pictures etc on the walls.
Early on visitors were offered a small knitted angel with a Christian message to
take home and over the years thousands have gone all over the world. This is
an appeal for knitters around the District to join in with ‘angel production’.
