Leeds South & West are seeking to appoint a part time Circuit Safeguarding Officer to lead on the provision of a professional and effective safeguarding service across the Leeds South & West Methodist Circuit. The Circuit Safeguarding Officer will work with the wider Circuit Team to ensure that the Circuit has a robust approach to safeguarding and will be a point of contact between the Regional Officer for Safeguarding (ROS) and local churches. They will also lead in the management of any safeguarding concern being held at Circuit level.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: An average of 7 hours per week, the average being calculated on a four-weekly basis, with core hours of 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Wednesdays, in agreement with your Line Manager, which may include some evening and weekend working.
Closing Date: Monday, 1st June 2026 at 12 noon

Longcauseway LEP are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to help further develop and implement our church’s mission through engaging and appropriate activities for all age groups with faith, hope and love for Dewsbury at their heart.
As well as being able to manage the day to day management of the church premises. 

It is a Genuine Occupational Requirement for the post-holder to be a Christian.

Contract: Fixed 3 year
Hours: 37 hours per week
